🍁✨ **Live a different Halloween weekend**: nature, adventure and autumn magic in the **Aigüestortes National Park and Lake Sant Maurici** 🍁✨ On these dates the forests are dyed in a thousand colors, the streams sound among carpets of leaves and the mountains show off their most special face. During **2 days of the route** we will follow part of the mythical journey *Carros de Foc*, we will discover lakes of glacial origin, impressive viewpoints and hidden waterfalls. We will sleep in a picturesque Pyrenean town, where hot dinners and the taste of native cuisine await us 🍲🔥, regaining strength in mountain style. A complete weekend to recharge energy, enjoy the group and experience the magic of autumn in the only National Park of Catalonia 🌲🏞️.

**🍁 PROGRAM**

**★ DAY 1 (01/11)** \- INFARCTION VIEWS 🔭 on the famous route between shelters
Today we immerse ourselves in a beautiful forest between relaxing streams and explore green high mountain meadows and idyllic landscapes. We follow the steps of the famous "Carros de Foc" journey to reach a high mountain refuge and enjoy 360ºC views 👀 that will fascinate you.

* Linear route: 11 km approx. 600 m positive slope.
* Technical difficulty: easy.
* Physical difficulty: medium.
* Estimated time with stops: 5.5 h

★ **DAY 2 (02/11)** \- THE GREATNESS OF SANT MAURICI \(AIGÜESTORTES NATIONAL PARK\)
Spectacular route full of contrasts in the heart of the National Park:

* magical forests among fir trees at the foot of the most emblematic mountain of the Park
* a viewpoint with impressive views and a high mountain refuge
* a waterfall and several lakes of glacial origin

\- Semicircular route: 18 km\. 450 m positive slope and 1000 m negative slope\.
\- Technical difficulty: medium \(a short stretch of tarpaulin; no blocks or need to climb\)\. Physical difficulty: medium\.
\- Estimated time with stops: 7\.5h

🔔 Participants agree to be able to do the route and to report any injury that may affect the optimal development of the activity.
🔔 The routes may undergo changes depending on the weather conditions and state of the terrain.

🏠 **ACCOMMODATION:** We stayed in a cozy mountain pension located in a charming town. We will sleep in double rooms (they could be mixed if we are odd). Half board with a complete mountain dinner.

**🚗 TRANSPORTATION / TRANSPORTATION**

* Gasoline costs: **€25/person**, to be paid to the driver of each car.
* Driving time: 3h 20’ (one way to the start of the route)

👌We help with the coordination of cars and try to ensure that all participants have 1 place in the cars that leave from meeting point 1.

✅ STEP 5: Second payment will be formalized on the first day, upon arrival at the hostel.

👉 Without payment for the reservation your place is NOT guaranteed (steps 1 and 2 are not enough). Send us the Bizum receipt, please.
👉 Two days before the route we will add you to a WhatsApp group for latest details and prior notifications.

**👁‍🗨 MATERIAL / WHAT TO BRING**

* Backpack with water (1.5L) + food for lunch/noon
* Waterproof, high-top hiking boots (essential)
* Mountain clothing appropriate for the time of year (it is recommended to wear several layers, at least one warm layer)
* Waterproof jacket (essential)
* Sun protection (cap, sunglasses and cream)
* Protection against the cold (gloves, buff and hat)
* Trekking poles

Return: we will be back in Barcelona on day 2 around 8:00 p.m., depending on traffic.

**🔔 CANCELLATION**
\- 50% of the reservation will be refunded if you cancel via WhatsApp 7 days before the route\.
