About event
I return to women confidence
Hana Volfová will perform with the theme of Wake up female power 10.4. from 19:00 at our theater in Manin. Tickets can be found on the website: www.divadlonamaninach.cz
How it all started ...
I used to be the first woman to do exactly this.
I experienced my own dark period. For years I suffered from eating disorder and the concept of self -love was almost a dirty word for me. Today, I might not even count how many years I spent looking for answers to who I am and where I belong. By searching for yourself. But it was my own story, which made me understand that the only way to healing leads through itself and through my own self -knowledge.
I know the feeling when food controls us. When we are obsessed with counting every calorie and every bite we eat. When we practice extremely and when we try to punish every training for what we ate.
