After sold out shows for their new album Scorched Earth, it's time for a trip back to the past: 10 years after their groundbreaking album III: Trauma, Harakiri for the Sky are dedicating three exclusive headline concerts to the album, presenting the album in its entirety. III: Trauma is not only considered their breakthrough and big step in their international career, but is now a worldwide milestone in post black metal and a fan favorite. Now there is the unique opportunity to experience the album live in its entirety for the first time.
Since their formation in 2011, the Austrian duo has drawn fans and critics deeper and deeper into the vortex of their melancholy, self-hatred and anger and has toured tirelessly in Europe, Asia and North and South America. With M.S's captivating guitar melodies and J.J's lyrics steeped in trauma, delusion and loss, their unique blend of extreme metal and post-rock has created an inescapable void. Musically, Harakiri for the Sky remain true to themselves even today, 14 years after their founding, and are constantly growing and surpassing themselves. Having long since arrived in the mainstream of extreme metal, the band is currently developing into one of the most prominent representatives of post black metal and is honoring its foundation with their first anniversary tour.
