HARMONY WITH SOUND
Sunday 17.5. 2026 / 15:00-16:15
Zen Flow - Račianske mýto 1/B
Price: €28
There are things that cannot be solved by thinking.
However, the body knows.
Sound works where words are not enough.
Vibration enters the nervous system, tensions, places where fatigue, pressure and old reactions.
Harmony with sound is a space of deep regeneration.
Without performance. Without proof. Without the need to forcefully change anything.
During the evening, gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls and other frequency instruments will sound, which support:
• release of tension
• harmonization of the nervous system
• better sleep
• return to inner peace
If you feel that you are going longer on reserve, this is a form of care that makes sense.
