lessons are not just about asanas and physical practice monitoring performance and result. It guides you by moving consciously, without rush, with an emphasis on breath quality and asan, so that they are safe and made as possible individually for everyone. The Yoga style is based on the traditional hatha yoga and my teachers' teachings. Chanting ~ Singing the selected mantra that you will be able to sing or listen to 🎼🪕
