Hello Family 🫶I'm Gaë, HATHA VINYASA instructor.
Yoga in the park (next to the sea) is a revitalizing and relaxing experience, designed for those who want to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with their inner self in a natural and serene environment.
This event takes place on the beach, with the sea as a backdrop and the soft sound of the waves creating a perfect atmosphere for our yoga practice 🧘
