Dive into the world of this fantastic music with a colorful and passionate performance through the contemporary La Chapelle Sauvage. Fun for the whole family guaranteed!

During his long career, Hisaishi wrote the most diverse music for film, anime, computer games, television and commercials. He also composed the music for the 1998 Paralympic Games in Nagano. His best -known compositions are those for the cult films of Takeshi Kitano and of course the cartoons of Hayao Miyazaki.

Hisaishi and Miyazaki are a "match made in Heaven", a union of equally brilliant makers. We will never know for sure: were Miyazaki's films brilliant thanks to the music of Hisaishi or was it the other way around?

La Chapelle Sauvage is an artistic house with many rooms. Under the impetus of the Belgian conductor Karel de Wilde, it arose as an international initiative of young professional musicians from the whole of the world. Karel de Wilde studied piano, organ, harpsichord and double bass at a young age, and then organ, music theory and orchestra management at the Royal Conservatoria of Ghent and Mons.
