About event

"He Loves Me - He Loves Me Not"
Eduard Klena Jr (SK) & Bernhard Hollinger (DE)

"He Loves Me - He Loves ME - is the audio video installation and output from the Arts IToya residency in Fukuoka in Japan. It chooses from all the feelings we feel at the love, just a sense of anxiety and uncertainty. Whether a beloved person returns our feelings, whether he will love us forever, whether we do it enough, whether we are worthy of it, whether we are the only one, from a wide range of people who deserves it and if he will not pass it once. We cannot consider anything in the world to be eternal, so the loss of a loved one is mounted. Sometimes more, sometimes less. In a weak moment he climbs to the surface, when scattering, they resort to the dark corner of our mind. But it will never get lost and is always there somewhere in the back. Anxiety and uncertainty are keywords/feelings that connect the massive site specific installation in the area of the House of Arts in Bratislava, in Juxtaposition of four mutually communicating elements/scenes.

The exhibition was financially supported by the Art Support Fund in the form of international mobility.
