Yes, for a long time the music world looked like a boy's playground. With guitars instead of "swords", leather jackets instead of armor and poses that feebly try to delay the end of puberty. But even behind the loudest band, the biggest festival or the brightest career is often someone who has no time for boyish poses. Because he has to arrange, decide, calm down, push... and above all, see things through.
Honza Vedral's guests this time will be three outstanding women of Czech music. Each from a different level of operation, each with a different experience, but all with the nature without which one cannot survive for long in this industry.
What does it all entail? In the Czech context, what is the truth about gender prejudices, which are often written and sung about. Where does business replace empathy? What struggles did they lead and are they leading? And why do female managers manage to balance all the pressures the best?

Ludmila "Dydla" Karlíková
She was at the beginning of the Améba agency and the Rock for People festival. And as a manager, she has experienced all the ups and downs of Written fiXy. With it, they were among the first in our country to release albums on their own label, work with fans of all generations and remain relevant for over 30 years. This is also confirmed by the eleventh album Ideal, which is about to be released. What is it like to last so many years with one group?
Kateřina Žbirková
She entered the Czech show business alongside Meky Žbirka. But it was she who gave order to his career at crucial moments. She also arranged for the filming at Abbey Road so that he did not have a concert in Ostrava and Prague at the same time on the calendar. Today, as a manager, she takes care of Lenny, among other things, but you can also meet her at Sunnbrella concerts, where she sells merch. Few people know as much about the background of the Czech music industry, from the smallest clubs to the most expensive studios, as she does.
Rozálie
Rozálie will also arrive with an accordion and her uncompromising lyrics and attitude. She comes from an artistic family, whose surname she vehemently rejected right at the start of her career. And instead, he does things his way. After the first album, by her own decision, she left the big publishing company, built her own band, where she has the last word. And she started managing her career on her own. What does it all entail and what else can we expect from her? Rozálie will accompany us with words and songs!
