About event
Heart tuning for Nov.
Dance meditation with the center of the Heart is specific in that it playfully brings us lightness, broader and finer perception, and at the same time balances the head, heart and center point (abdomen).
To keep it as long as possible, we support it with a beautiful meditation with a mantra for protection and projection from the heart.
