About event
The new program by Helene Bockhorst is an ode to life.
Black humor meets colorful outfits and silly when she asks the uncomfortable questions: Why is a man who is easy to do, a woman, a woman, on the other hand, just a bitch? Should you definitely continue family traditions, even if they are depression and unhealthy coping patterns? What can I do for a better world - without doing too much circumstances? And am I at least one of the more interesting cases for my therapist? In her open and honest manner, she takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster ride, in which humorous everyday observations find their place as well as life -changing experiences. Between the lines it is about the question of how to keep lightness and hope even in difficult times.
A program about trauma, depression, resilience - and that you can always find a reason to laugh, even if life does not run the way you want it.
