We invite you to a henna painting course - suitable for complete beginners, but also for those who already have experience with henna and want to raise their hennaing to a higher level. The course will be held on Sunday, June 21, from 11:00 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. (including a 30-minute lunch break) in the premises of the FitRužinov movement center at Peterská 16/A, Bratislava. href="https://www.facebook.com/events/1306839068083024/">https://www.facebook.com/events/1306839068083024/
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THE COURSE?
• What is henna, how it is made and how to distinguish real henna from low-quality imitations.
• History and cultural background (we'll run through it quickly, I won't give you a complicated history lecture). 🙂
• Everything about the safety of henna.
• Preparing the skin for hennaing.
• Skin properties affecting the quality of the result and the related correct choice of pattern placement.
• Factors affecting the durability of henna on the skin.
• Explanation, demonstrations and above all PRACTICAL TRAINING (minimum 3.5 hours) of hennaing techniques from the most basic lines to a complete full-fledged pattern. You will be able to try simple floral motifs, classic oriental mandalas, but also realistic ones. We will go through everything step by step.
• I will teach you the BASICS of SHADING.
• Practical tips, what to watch out for, how to help yourself while painting and how to make your work easier.
• Tricks on how to paint a perfect picture, even if you don't know how to draw. 😉
