About event
Heterosexuality: A lesbian feminist approach
Lecture by Julia Beck
The topic of sexuality is not just about the question of who we love. For women and especially for lesbians, the issue is political! If we look at the topic of sexuality through a feminist lens, questions arise such as "Is sexuality socially constructed?", "What is a heterosexual woman?" and “To what extent is separatism a solution?” Come to an evening of analysis and discussion inspired by Adrienne Rich's famous essay "Compulsory Heterosexuality and Lesbian Existence" (1983).
The lecture will be in English, the discussion in German and English (with translation). Admission is based on donations.
