Hiqpy in Paradiso

What if you cross the groanziness of Grunge with the shine of doll? Then you end up at Hiqpy: a four -member band that gets stubborn, playfully and energetically on stage, armed with echoing vocals and fuzzy guitars. It does not often happen that a band has nothing on Spotify, but that journalists already sing the songs by word. At Hiqpy it happened. Their live shows caught the attention early, from the Pop Round to fifteen minutes on Noorderslag, and in 2024 they won the solar price. At the beginning of 2025 the first single 'Something', followed by 'Red Flag Magician' and 'Girl in Red', produced by Danton Supple (Coldplay, Elbow). At the beginning of 2026 they release their debut album, and exactly one day after the Solar Prize Final of 2026 they are in the large hall of Paradiso: a good degree meter of how far they have come.
