Hlas a tělo - zpěvový workshop

🎶 Voice and body are more connected than we can imagine. The singing workshop led by the musician and singer Anežka Matoušková, known from the bands Severní nastápiště, Avokaduo, Uthando and others, will help you find out how the body affects the voice and, conversely, how we can work with the voice and the body. You will also become aware of the blocks stored in your body and try to work with them through visualization, breathing and voice exercises.

🔊 The workshop is intended for everyone, both people who are shy to sing and those for whom singing is their daily bread.
