We will start by meeting together in a circle where we will talk a little about techniques.
A moment for you to tune into your own body (accompanied guidance into the body).
The movement part, where we will explore the possibilities of movement in relation to the environment, matter, space, ourselves and others.
Intuitive body guidance and final musical relaxation, during which you can drift on the waves of sounds, rest or observe how your body reacts.
The possibility of free dance improvisation.
You do not need to be a dancer or know specific movement elements for the workshop. All you need is your body and the desire to explore.
