🎵 Voice to heart and Heart to voice 🎵
Together discovering the human voice in connection with body and soul.
Come with the courage to find out what your sound expression says about yourself and where you can still unlock your unused potential.
In a small group, in trust and support, you can manifest
what is still hidden in you.
And who among us would not want to show the world what is really inside him.
Breath, voice and singing techniques, experiments with the body and sound, letting go of blocks in the body and limiting beliefs.
Through working with the voice, sound, breath and body we discover possibilities we have not seen before.
🎵 Learn to see in your voice
even yourself/ much more in itself.
🎵 Learn to "read" your voice and see
what it can bring and show you.
🎵 Learn through your voice to open your heart.
Feel and manifest your lost inner strength.
Shine.
Express yourself...
Express even in what may not be accepted.
Express even in that from what are you afraid of.
The workshop is intended for those:
▫️ who want to develop themselves, creatively and with an open mind
▫️ like to sing / also those who are still looking for the courage to do so
▫️ want/need to tune up their speech
▫️ feel the desire to express themselves to the full extent of their abilities
▫️ who are interested in voice sound therapy
and self-harmonization through breath and voice
Together we will go through:
▪️ voice care
▪️ breath work and unused capacities
▪️ possibilities and functioning body while singing
▪️ perceiving and awakening your inner strength
▪️ crossing your limits
▪️ manifesting in unexpected levels
▪️ guided visualization with sound therapy
▪️ voice circle
I AM YOUR GUIDE AND SUPPORT
20 years of professional singing and voice work (education, singing and teaching practice.)
Also experience and education in personal development (kinesiology , therapy, energy healing, principles of interaction with the quantum field,...).
Thus, I perceive a great overlap, different levels and connections in working with the voice.
Capacity only 8 of people - everyone has enough space and support for individual breath work and sound experiments.
Working in a group offers a challenge to express oneself in front of others, but at the same time great support for the collective.
