About event
According to the architect Antonín Balšánek, the historic building of the Museum of the City of Prague was built and inaugurated to the public on 27 September 1900. Our attention is deserved by sophisticated external and internal decoration of the building touching the history of Prague and their monuments.
The lecture will not only bring this decoration, created together with the building at the end of the 19th century, but also for monuments from many demolished Prague buildings as part of a large Prague sanitation, built directly into the construction of the museum. Pavla Stateníková
