Hĺbka našich svalov a ich vrstvy

The space -time, the environment, the energy that creates us are now arranged in such a way that we have the opportunity to discover and reveal our layers that have not been available or sometimes only understandable to our ancestors. Thanks to every generation we are closer to ourselves. We perceive our skills and skills that we can develop in sufficient resources and comfort. Science, research, the Internet allow us to educate ourselves and get extremely useful information.

One area, however, is unknown through these sources.
How do I really feel? Know to name what I really feel and where do I feel it?
This can sometimes be a big problem.
and at the same time it is so important if we want to live truthfully.
to know what I think of what I feel.

Develop interoception, perception of your space in the body. The signals that bring us precious information on how we feel. As we relate to people, situations.

We do not have the same for interoception. Someone is looking for answers to their questions only in their mind. And his paired muscle is sternoclaidomastoideus - a head of the head. They work significantly in good and bad :-)
