I cordially invite you to yoga meetings at the castle park in Budatin! We will practice on Thursday evening 17:00 - 18:30 (except 30.4. Proprioceptions ...) But also work with breath, voice and the whole energy system of our body through deep relaxation, visualization, meditation techniques, sound therapy, aromatherapy and the perception of the elements and their various levels in our physical and mental body. but also from the world between heaven and earth 🙂. Individual energy centers of our body and related levels of our being. Through Asan, breath, visualization, meditation and other yoga techniques, we go to the realm of our body's energy and we will dress in the present moment.

The first Thursday will start 27.3. And then we will meet every week. Last, 6 weeks, however, we will end Wednesday 30.4.2025.
