It is more suitable for people with previous experience with the constellation method and/or professional therapeutic work.

📌 Who is the group intended for?

Do you feel like you can't leave a place where you're not doing well? Or are you self-sabotaging your success, or failing to ask for as much as you deserve? Do you feel that your old injuries and experiences are holding you back from receiving? Constellation work with the inner parts reveals why you may not be unconsciously allowing yourself more – more money, visibility, influence or freedom. When the old protective mechanisms are released, we can grow and prosper without inner conflict, fear of loss, or fear that success will (again) bring pain. It was created as protection in times when we have been disappointed, hurt or lost trust - and its job is to prevent the pain from happening again.

This inner part - our inner saboteur - can hold back expansion, success or more income not because we don't deserve it, but because it is something unknown and therefore dangerous. Too much openness and relaxation is associated with risk, threat or loss. It tries to keep us in a familiar, albeit restrictive space, where there is less joy and abundance, but more of a sense of control and security.

Constellation work with the inner parts creates a safe space for us to understand this protective part, acknowledge its original purpose and release the old wounds from which it arose. When the saboteur stops being the protector from the past, the energy can move again - towards trust, growth and allowing ourselves to live more abundantly without fear of having to pay for it with pain.
