Pigeon feathers.
I will exhibit a cycle of linocuts and paintings from 2020/2021 at this exhibition. I display pigeon feathers on them. On closer look, its structure becomes abstraction and creates another visual perception, it can evoke something different - water stream, tree bark, etc. It is a game of natural order, chaos and shapes. City pigeons are often overlooked or even despised or persecuted by people. But they just adapted perfectly to the new, artificially created environment and I try to capture their beauty.
