About event
HOT SOUTH
(Tarantino would be happy)
Comedy from the Slovak south.
https ://vstupenky.maxiticket.sk/horuci-juh-2024-piestany
It is no longer worth growing peppers and tomatoes, so a family from the south grows marijuana. Arpy takes care of the greenhouse and Ila, the train conductor, drives her to clients. The local policeman Zolo protects the whole store and is in love with Ildikó, who does not want him. No one is satisfied with their life and everyone wants to go somewhere far away, preferably to Iceland. One day an unknown girl appears in the greenhouse and everything changes...
Absurd grotesque from the present. None of us knows what will happen next and the uncertainty of today's world makes us unpredictable fools.
Author and director: Viliam Klimáček
Stars: Viktor Horján, Csongor Kassai, Anikó Vargová, Romana Ondrejkovičová.
Duration 70 minutes without intermission
Entrance fee: 18 euros
