HOSŤ DO DOMU: Hasičský záchranný zbor

Meeting firefighters is quite different from meeting a chimney sweep.
It brings good luck and we like to hold on to the button. Firefighters, members of the fire rescue service today, tend to have a feeling of apprehension. When we hear their siren and see them rushing through the city, we hope they will arrive in time to save everyone. Who dreams of such a job, such stresses, but perhaps also tests of courage? What does this job bring and is fitness important? Absolute trust and belonging? What else? What kind of support can a fire chaplain be in difficult life-threatening situations? Today's meeting between seniors here at Partizánská no. 2 in the Evangelical DIACONIE Center in Bratislava will therefore be full of adventure stories, courageous members of the fire department, and we will be very pleased when we can welcome you, visitors from the surrounding area, among us. Our doors are open to everyone.
