Dear women,
I cordially invite you to the fifth meeting of the series of somatic rituals TO THE BODY.

Around the second year of life, self-awareness, one's own authenticity deepens, and the ability to say no, to examine one's own boundaries, is also formed. How did we set them back then? Were we able to safely and in connection with our caregivers express what we wanted and what we didn't, the full range of our emotions, or were we accepted somewhat conditionally? Have we learned to experience our boundaries through the body, or have we not even noticed in the chaos where we actually have them? Let's (re)set them and experience them right now.

A series of somatic rituals for women will help us to be (again) at home in our body, to feel our needs and boundaries and to relate to the world around us from there. We will go through our own prenatal period, birth and early development. We have a series of somatic practices focused on working with early trauma and regulating the nervous system, guided meditation, conscious movement and touch, work with Reiki, voice and also the healing rhythm of the shamanic drum. All this in accordance with natural rhythms, changing seasons and their specifics.

♡ Price for individual events CZK 1,100 per person, with a friend CZK 1,500 for both. Payment in cash on the spot, or by QR code. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, I charge a 50% cancellation fee. Date subject to change.
