About event
Starring: Petr Kostka, Jaroslav Satoranský and Miroslav Vladyka
Three veterans from the First World War, Gustav, René and Fernand, live together in a retirement home. They meet regularly on the terrace of their current refuge, reminisce about their past and poke each other, not knowing that the biggest battle of their lives is yet to come. At one point, this trio decides to defy the monotonous life of "retirement", in which the only perspective is death and together they plan an expedition to the hill on the horizon, at the top of which the wind blows through the branches of the poplars. Will our heroes succeed in this last adventure of their lives? And will it confirm the rule that a person is only as old as they feel?
