🌸 Spring 2025 - I am warming me 🏃️ We will run, go, go to the handbike - because every movement helps! I am warmed by the movement of the 11th year of the Run And Help project, which runs from 1 April to 30 June throughout the Czech Republic. The proceeds from running will be donated to the purchase of sports prostheses for Cuba, Elen and Péťa. The action is flexible - everyone can choose a place, time, activity and amount of the contribution. The important thing is that every step helps!
Target destination: Together we are heading to Stockholm, Sweden - the city, where the Charter 77 Foundation was founded in 1978, including the Barriers' account. The symbolic distance is at least 1273 km, which we will conquer together - both physically and virtually. This project gives room to express solidarity with Ukraine through sport and joint activities. From March 26, 2025, you can participate in the online diet challenge, where we will overcome the symbolic route Kiev - Prague - London for 20 days. By moving together, we express the coherence, support and belief that sport has the power to connect and inspire.
