The special double concert, at which worlds seemingly different in terms of genre will meet, will take place on the new date of October 31, 2024 in KD Barikádníků.
During the evening, Hrubá Hudba and Geisslers Hofcomoedianten will perform Let's baRock!
Hrubá Hudba is a joint concert project of the nu-jazz band Lesní zveri, its frontman Jiří Hradil and Horňácká music by Petr Mička. It is based on the publishing title of the same name (2CD Hrubá Hudba, Indies Scope, 2019), which juxtaposes and connects the authentic form of mining folklore in the form of Mička's band and the original music of Jiří Hradil. However, the connection of these performers of different genres dates back to 2009, when the Mickovci guested on the debut album Lesní zvěre (Lesní zvěre, 2009). In the course of the following years, occasional joint concerts and performances at multi-genre festivals (e.g. Beseda u bigbítu or Colors of Ostrava) followed, in the TV documentary Slovak suite (director Jiří Šindar), at the International Folklore Festival Strážnice or as part of the concert Teče voda, teče in Prague Rudolfinum on 27 October 2018 for the centenary of Czech statehood. The collaboration between Lesní zvěra, Jiří Hradil and Petr Mička's Horňácká muzik resulted in the specific music-publishing project Hrubá Hudba. With the concert form of the project, the performers bring an original intermingling of two completely different musical worlds at first glance, which is unprecedented in the Moravian musical environment.

Geisslers Hofcomoedianten is not only a unique theater, but also songs that you can't get out of your head. Performed by a pop-baroque band and five singing actors, you will hear a selection of the catchiest Geissler songs in neo-baroque arrangements by the composer Tomáš Hanzlík.
