Hudba na Vyšehradě: Houslový recitál Marie Hasoňové

The second June concert from the regular series Music in Vyšehrad. This time, a violin recital by Maria Hasoňová will take place at the Purkrabstvi.

One of the most outstanding personalities of the young Czech scene, she will present a program of three composers - Sergei Prokofiev, Erwin Schulhoff and George Enesco. Hasoňová is known for her fascinating genre openness, technical brilliance and deep sense of style. Her playing combines the naturalness, emotional intensity and nobility of the European interpretation tradition. As a soloist, she performed with a number of top orchestras, was a guest at prestigious festivals, and her chamber projects are receiving recognition and awards abroad. Visitors can look forward to Prokofiev's modern expressiveness, Schulhoff's rhythmic playfulness and jazz impulses, and Enesco's colorful melodies shaped by Romanian folklore.
