You feel that you need to calm down internally, relax your body, relieve your
head and generally recharge your batteries energy? Come and enjoy the beneficial effects of therapeutic musical instruments and gentle movement. Katka will guide you through the movement part accompanied by Bára's healing instruments, and in the second part you will just relax in a musical bath.
Sound waves pass through the human body down to the cellular level and through this resonance harmonize the body and return it to the state balance. This literally creates a sound body massage that helps relieve stress and anxiety, improves concentration and creativity, removes tension and blockages, stimulates the skin, organs and bones, and much more.

What to bring?
The body tends to get really cold during the musical bath, so take warm socks and tops. For maximum comfort, you can bring something to cover your eyes. Ideally, for example, a sleeping mask for the eyes, or a scarf/shawl that you can put over your eyes. You can also bring a smaller pillow to use under your head.
