Sound waves pass through the human body down to the cellular level and through this resonance they harmonize the body and return it to a state of balance . What to bring?
The body tends to get really cold during the musical bath, so take warm socks and tops. For maximum comfort, you can bring something to cover your eyes. Ideally, for example, a sleeping mask for the eyes, or a scarf/shawl that you can put over your eyes. You can also bring a smaller pillow to use under your head.
