Information event by the schools for business (HLW), tourism, fashion, art and social schools in the Vienna City Hall, Rathausplatz 1.

humDAY classes - where to go when you're 14?
Event for groups of students and teachers

Every two years, the five school types of the Vienna Human Vocational Schools ("humWien") present their vocational training courses with Matura (5 years) and with final examination (3 years) in the Volkshalle (entrance via Rathausplatz 1) of the Vienna City Hall (admission is free). This year it's that time again.

You can book tickets for your school class here.

• humDAY classes for students in the 7th and 8th grades and their teachers
• 15. + October 16, 2025 (Wednesday and Thursday)
• Slots can be booked until 1 p.m.
• Your stay will last approx. 1.5 hours.

All 17 Vienna human vocational schools will present their focus areas in the Areas

• Economy,
• Tourism,
• Fashion,
• Art and
• Social

and provide insights into their activities. HAKs and HTLs will not be presented at this event.

The “open days” of the individual school locations, which will take place in the following months, will also offer you in-depth insights.

THE PROGRAM

Our school types will present themselves with workshops and “Hands-on activities” from their areas, the educational advisor provides information about the curriculum or professional qualifications and our students talk about everyday school life. Teachers at each individual school location are also available to provide information.
