For over 15 years, Hundreds - the sibling duo Eva and Philipp Milner, have been forming, together with drummer Florian Wienczny - their unmistakable sound between electronic art-pop, symphonic power and emotional depth.
Musically, their spectrum ranges from minimalist electronics to multi-layered synth-pop to orchestral drama. After their celebrated debut (2010, Sinnbus), they developed an increasingly mature, detailed sound on “Aftermath” (2014) and “Wilderness” (2016). The fourth album “The Current” was released in 2020 - in the middle of the corona pandemic - and was previously performed as a live show in the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. With “Sirens”, the new and fifth studio album (release: early 2026 by Embassy of Music), Hundreds return to the fairytale world of Eva’s childhood. Inspired by myths, nature and changing creatures, the trio combines mystical images with current themes: migration, loss, hope.
Despite all the conceptual depth and tonal complexity, one thing remains central to Hundreds: the stage. From the beginning, the band saw itself as a live project that made music an intense visual and emotional experience. The band's shows - with their own lighting concepts and a lot of dramaturgical sensitivity - grow with each album, without bowing to the mainstream.
