About event

Hurray, the third ten!

Incredible: Prussian King Frederick II – the Great has been meeting each other for 30 years now! – and his stubborn neighbor, the miller Grävenitz, at the virtual garden fence between the castle and the mill. In October 1995, the very first episode of this weekly satire, which author and Antenne presenter Andreas Flügge writes as short radio plays for the radio - and also for the stage - was broadcast on Antenne Brandenburg. Based on the traditional legend, according to which the king wants to take away the mill from the miller, the most beautiful neighbor dispute arises in which anachronism becomes the method. The two have fought each other almost 1,500 times on the radio, are now firmly rooted in the cabaret landscape and have no intention of stopping. They still argue about God and the world, the everyday madness and sometimes even about the fly on the wall. There is a lot of gloating, wit is combined with wisdom and big politics is laughed at. “Hurrah, the third ten” once again pushes the mutual neighborhood to its limits and presents two neighbors who couldn't be more different, but who can't stand it without each other. Prussia has never been so much fun! With the originals from the radio: André Nicke (König) and Andreas Flügge (Müller).
