About event
The Hurts hit the charts in 2010 with the hugely successful singles 'Wonderful Life' and 'Stay'.
Their debut album 'Happiness' was released in August of the same year and immediately topped the charts across Europe; entered the UK charts at number 4 with over 25,000 units sold, earning them the title of fastest selling new band of 2010.
"Happiness" has since sold over 2 million copies worldwide and reached number 1 in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Finland and Luxembourg. The album is now certified 16x platinum and 7x gold worldwide.
The band toured for almost two years, sold over 250,000 tickets and have since released 4 more albums: "Exile", "Surrender", "Desire" and "Faith". Two more world tours followed, a collaboration with Calvin Harris and Alesso on the number one hit "Under Control", and in January 2024 the single "Wonderful Life" with Luciano, which became number one in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
