🍽️✨ Traditional foie gras in a non-traditional place - right on the Danube!
Imagine - crispy goose foie gras baked until golden brown, the smell of fresh breadcrumbs and a view of Bratislava in the evening from the deck of the Harmónia ship. 🛳️🌆
This is an evening that combines a gourmet experience with the unique atmosphere of the Danube.
👉 We have prepared two menus for you that differ in the appetizer: classic goose liver or our chef's specialty with an unconventional combination of flavors.
MENU 1
🥂 Duck pate with toasted almonds, mango puree
🍽️ Portioned goose, red cabbage, potato lox
🍮 Potato rolls with breadcrumbs
MENU 2
🥂 Foie gras with apple
🍽️ Portioned goose, red cabbage, potato rolls
🍮 Potato rolls with breadcrumbs
👧 Children's menu: chicken cutlets with potato puree + same dessert as adults.
🕕 Program:
– Arrival on the boat 17:30 – 18:30
– Cruise on the Danube 18:30 – 20:00
– Dinner 19:00 – 20:00
– Sitting on the boat until 21:30
