The joint project of the Czech Institute of Egyptology of the Faculty of Arts and the Hybern Campus Gallery connects the ancient Egyptian texts and contemporary art. The project led by Associate Professor Jiří Janák follows the research of the ancient Egyptian religion and is based on new translations and interpretations of the original sources. Part of the exhibition is a presentation of the archaeological results of the Czech Egyptology Institute of Faculty of Arts, Charles University from Abusir, including photographs, films and more. The exhibition will also be complemented by educational lectures of our leading experts and other events. The myth contains passages that are a literal quotation from the so -called pyramid texts from the middle of the 3rd millennium BC, in other texts adopts religious ideas, names, titles or epitette of the gods documented in anthem from the end of the 2nd millennium BC. And some other motifs of the story originally appear in ritual texts that have been preserved only on papyrus from the 1st - 2nd century after the turn of the era. In this form it is not documented from Egyptian sources, yet it tells the story using original motifs, language turnover and thought images.

It is not attested in this form from Egyptian sources, Yet It Tells and Story Using Indigens Motifs, Linguistic Turns of Phras and Mental Imagery.
