The one -day Hypnoporod course is suitable for women who already have comprehensive birth information and want to focus only on hypnojoding techniques. It is also designed for women who have already visited our two -day course in the past and want to repeat and recall the Hypnoporod techniques or for women who have gained complex information elsewhere and want to develop further. Preparation for childbirth is a long -term process that basically begins with the course. The techniques with whom women work on the course require regular practice.
