About event
He is there!
Middle of Life, the second album by IES and David. Originated on the Irish west coast, included in the Dutch Rivierenland. They present it during this concert. Timeless music, a sparkling musical conversation that has been running for years and is constantly developing. Come listen and let yourself be carried away, it will be beautiful.
The duo Muller & Munnelly plays deep -rooted Irish and Breton music in their own personal style. Both ies (wooden flutes) and David (diatonic accordion, singing) came into contact with folk music at a very young age, but from different backgrounds. While Ies were told many different musical styles and went looking for the roots, David began to develop more and more widely at the root of the Irish tradition.
Together they move freely between the Irish music and improvised motifs, with their own very musical voice.
