Dear Vintage Friends and Lovers of Old Times,
A year met with a year and if the weather permits, there is no better time for a pleasant outdoor meeting, whether with the well -known aristocratic "regulars" or those who are newcomers among us. So let me invite you all for yourself and for the aristocrat Vintage for the second year of the period

🤔o What is it? This is a contemporary event for lovers of almost all historical periods and it is up to you to which you will be stylized - but we will ask the style before the 60s of the 20th century. You do not have to be the customer of the Aristocrat Vintage to enjoy the elegance of the First Republic, the refinement of Edwardian and the Victorian era and the beauty of the fashion or postwar period. The aim is to meet other enthusiasts of old times, to get contacts, introduce your culinary skill, show pieces from your collection, play old period games, listen to small lectures and take over for a while.
The event counts on good weather. In the case of poor prediction, we will modify the program for internal sessions in time. Although it is a small park and we were still in the siege of photographing tourists, it was a less busy zone without all sorts of individuals (except us :)) and we did not have to worry about safety and comfort, so the place will remain this time. In order not to seek, we will meet at the entrance to the Malostranská metro, from where we reach the park (it is not even 5min roads away), but of course there is no problem to arrive later. SMS or WhatsApp message or call 724 103 904 - Messenger messages often get to me in time with a warning.
👚 What should I wear? It has to be just a true vintage original? It does not necessarily have to be an antique original - although of course it is better, because how many opportunities do you have to pull your summer clothing and hats in Prague? 🎀 Inspire with old photos and paintings and come in your ideal period self. Boa and feather in the hair, "mafia" in an artificial suit with a strip, cancan dancer, etc.). It is not an event such as costume party party, but the meeting of people who are involved in history and are interested in the exact history of fashion, or at least antique fashion "courts". For three of you I have several irresistible prizes that will be rewarded for work inserted in the selection of beautiful clothing. Prices are written below. 👇
As the last point, I will notify that it is an outdoor picnic on the grass. Of course, it is possible to smear, so choose clothing at your own risk. The same applies, for example, the boats with needle heels.
🎪 what will be the program? Even so, some, in addition to talking and eating good food, we have - and you can participate in it yourself! Mini -lecture! Do you have an interesting historical topic that you would like to verbally present to other pickers? This can be anything - interesting social activities, the history of a specific part of clothing, your family story about the heroism of your ancestor in the war, makeup in Rococo - in short, anything to do with history - and even better if a picnic or fashion history is in the topic. The recitation should have a maximum of 10 minutes and will only be spoken, without presentation - otherwise everything is up to you. The second activity is to visit the Museum Magic of Old Times at 17:00, which is just around the corner and provides a beautiful collection of Victorian and Edwardian pieces and information. Everyone, True Vintage or not.
The second place will receive a voucher for 500CZK.
The third place will receive a small antique. Furthermore, food for yourself or sharing between others and drinking. Do not forget water or drinks primarily for yourself.
If you have any dietary need, be sure to bring something you can eat in peace. If you have a strong allergy, tell us this information in advance and have your medication with you (I recommend insect stings for allergy sufferers, for sure). It is also clever to have a plate or cutlery, napkins, hygienic towels, a glass or a cup. I will try to bring enough one -time, but it is always better to be ready. 😁
I will leave the choice of food to you, but you can certainly be inspired by period recipes and try to bake or create something "from cooks of our grandmothers and great -grandmothers". Sweet or salty, fruits or vegetables, but also purchased chips or sticks are suitable. From experience I can recommend primarily salty dishes, but definitely your best cupcakes or cake take too.
And because it will be eaten and drinking - any toilets are about 5 minutes away.
💵 Will it cost something? There is a risk of falling into the water, insect stings, or the child's escape to the tram tracks. The event should be rather peaceful, for your rest and entertainment, so it could be boring for children and for you rather constant control of the child. Although of course we try to imitate and experience the beauty of old times, previously so common sexism, racism, homophobia and transfobia do not want the event.
