Hi, I'm Kačka and, like you, I'm studying medicine.
7 years ago I started practicing yoga as a physical exercise. Then I entered freshman year and discovered that even hours of exercise a day could not compensate for the stress.
And so I went alone for 2 months to India, the cradle of yoga. I understood my true yoga and who each of us can be.
It is only because of this that I can study medicine, at the same time lead lessons in Brno, do business, travel, do sports and live. And that's what I want to show you. Yoga without the western rush. Real pure yoga in the rhythm of India, dedicated only to breath and body.
