About event
Indian yoga?
Western fitness yoga I started to practice in high school. At that time it was enough for me. But with the advent of medicine, I began to feel that I need something more. Something that releases not only the body but also the head. So I went to India for two months. There I understood what it meant to really stop. And now I want to share it with you.
Come experience something deeper. Come experience India - here, in Brno. And at the same time move somewhere further
🥼 among us medics - I know what it is like to prosecute trials, practice and yourself… and how much yoga helps
Tuesday 29.4. 18: 30-20: 30
