🍂 This autumn, a draft of a new law on state social assistance passed its first reading in the Chamber of Deputies, which significantly changes the system of benefit support in housing 🏠 (among other things, Housing Allowance will disappear with it ) - and it's not going in a good direction. The current draft law will bring a significant reduction in support for many people.

At the meeting, we will talk specifically about what the law can bring - and maybe also about what to do about it?

📌 Lucie Trlifajová Ph.D., anthropologist and social policy analyst. It focuses on the issues of poverty and social inequalities, precarization, debt, social protection systems and citizenship. She has published a number of analyzes and professional studies on these topics in the Czech Republic and abroad. He currently works at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University, the Agency for Social Inclusion (MMR CR) and the Center for Social Issues - SPOT. She is the co-author of the Minimum Decent Wage calculation for the Czech Republic.

The current bill will bring significant reductions in support for many people.
