For the Alchemist, the human body is a reflection of the bigger picture. We also find forces such as heaven, earth and nature within ourselves.

Unnatural
Unlike animals, modern man has the ability to be unnatural. That is to say: to live from his head instead of from his body.

Being deeper
In the Alchemy training the emphasis is on getting back in touch with who you really are. Through gentle exercises and meditations you sink, as it were, into your natural state, into a deeper state of being. In your body. You remember who you are.

Strong core
In this Alchemy-I retreat you will learn to build a strong core in your stomach. It is your place of origin, your life core where there is a lot of life force and potential. The place where Life came into you.

The three days consist of sitting and lying meditations, silent movements, partial rounds, rest phases and knowledge transfer. This is how we create an alchemical bath as a group.

Audio recording
You can completely immerse yourself, surrender to the powerful energetic field. The rest happens automatically. On the last day we do a final meditation of which you will receive an audio recording. This way you can continue the process at home.

Retreat
Although without overnight accommodation or meals, it is advisable not to plan any other activities these days. The process can continue in the evening and at night.
