Future skills as a basis & opportunity
For many people, the future is no longer a place of hope. Inflation, climate change and robots taking away our jobs are dystopian images that spoil the fun of the future. “Back to normality,” “Make America great again,” many popular slogans of recent years advocate a return, a return to the past. One might think that there is no future. But we have to go back to the future as quickly as possible to ensure prosperity and progress. Markus Iofcea and Marcel Aberle present how this works in their book Back to the Future!
Be part of this unique gathering, connect with the innovation community, and discover how we're building the foundation for tomorrow's success stories. Secure your spot now for the INNOVATION AFTERHOUR and prepare to be inspired!< /em>

To the Speakers:
Marcel's career is characterized by dealing with the different dimensions of technology, innovation and strategy . In addition to ten years of experience in the IT industry, the start-up founder is driven by a deep fascination for the trends of our time that are significantly changing our economy and society. The award-winning innovation award winner was managing director of the Future Institute in Austria for over three years. Marcel is a renowned keynote speaker, lecturer and author, as well as trendspotter for TrendWatching, one of the world's leading agencies for trends and innovation.
Markus is fascinated by Science fiction, creativity and shaping the future. He works as a future archaeologist and researches topics that could change our world. He imagines the future as a kind of archaeological field and uses his imagination to speculate completely separate from the present. In this way he creates future artifacts that come from a time that has not yet occurred and only exist in our imaginations of distant futures. He uses his sense of what is possible to open up new perspectives for companies. Markus founded “Y Think Tank”, a future platform within the Swiss bank UBS, and headed it for nine years. He previously worked at UBS and IBM at the Silicon Valley Lab in California.
