On the first day of restlessness, the opening night features two names of excellence of the Lusófono musical landscape. In this cycle of concerts, it is intended to highlight artists who challenge, who bring sound innovation, crossings of musical genres and deep cultural issues - which restart.
Teresa Salgueiro is an emblematic voice of Portugal in the world. He received with joy and enthusiasm the invitation to present himself in mythical B.leza, in the scope of restlessness.
With the Madredeus recorded 9 original music albums, with five million albums sold worldwide and, with their discreet and unmistakable voice, was the proa figure of these early international representatives of a modern Portugal, after 35 years. Music, which led to a constant and uninterrupted trip, will soon give rise to a third album of originals.
For the uniqueness of its poetic and musical universe, this passage through B. Leza, will be an unrepeatable moment of celebration and reflection, through unpublished arrangements for songs that simultaneously mark their path in music and project it to the future. , born and raised on the island of São Vicente (Cape Verde), was a child in the 80s and fell in love with Seattle rock in his teens, in a Mindelo de Rockets Latin. To date, it has two albums edited: “Last Cape Verdean” (2015) and “Pomba Pardal” (2019). PsychoDelic Cachupa has collaborated with a series of artists, including Branko (Buraka Som System), Cristina Branco and Mayra Andrade.
