„Inside…“ Igor Osypov
„Hyper Oz is a work of great artistic depth and vision. This is not just a fusion of styles – Igor Osypov transcends musical boundaries to open up new sonic dimensions. An outstanding composer and virtuoso guitarist, Osypov is also a visionary who knows exactly what he wants to express and where he wants to go with his music.“ – Jacek Brun, Jazzthetik
Igor Osypov: Two Sides of “Home”
Ukrainian multi-instrumentalist and producer Igor Osypov is one of the most distinctive voices bridging jazz, indie-rock, hip-hop, and fusion. Now based in Berlin, he explores shifting cultural and political identities through music that blends jazz, rock, electronica, and beyond. His energetic performances have taken him to major festivals worldwide, with collaborations including Logan Richardson, Jason Lindner, and Eric Harland.

Within the Inside concert series, Igor presents two thematically linked projects, each offering a unique reflection on the meaning of home: HYPER OZ and MOTHERLAND.
HYPER OZ – featuring Sera Kalo, Yuriy Seredin, Luca Curcio, and Fabian Rösch – fuses jazz, R&B, punk rock, and electronica into an adventurous soundscape of quirky beats, lush harmonies, and soulful vocals.
MOTHERLAND – shows Igor in a different light, on electric bass, exploring identity and belonging with Uli Kempendorff, Povel Widestrand, and Philip Dornbusch. Personal, political, and deeply moving, it transforms memories of the past into new sonic forms.
