intended primarily for graduates of the school itself, but also suitable for those of you who would like to be inspired and would like to enrich their practice.

- Principles of Life and Movement
- Introduction to polyvagal theory
- somatic instruments
- Postura affects perception
- coherence of heart and brain
11- 11 15 break
Yoga
The whole morning block will be led by Mgr. Dana Čechmanová
13 -14 15 lunch
14 15 - 17 hours of use of aids in yoga practice, reservoir of exercises - or "inner child Still Alive" - Mgr. Michal Elčkner
