Instructor in Training with Barre3 Murrayhill | Free 60-Min Signature Class

Join us for a fun and uplifting class with one of our new Instructor-in-Training. Our classes are a combination of strength, cardio, and mindfulness — the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.

This is also a fun way to get to know the faces of the Barre3 Murrayhill team before our studio opens!

Please bring a yoga mat and water.

Optional: light handheld weights

Before class, if you have not attended class with Barre3 Murrayhill, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.
