🏋🏻♀️ The retraining course includes a theoretical part where you will gain knowledge of functional anatomy, psychology, pedagogy, first aid, sports law and self-employment. The theoretical part of the course has a total of 90 teaching hours.
🏃🏻♀️ In the practical part, the course focuses on diagnosis of the musculoskeletal system, correct posture, drawing up exercise and diet plans, a wide range of exercises and the correct technique of the exercises. The practical part has 60 teaching hours.
